Mr. S with another masterpiece out of the blue.

 

Mr. S sings about helplessly missing an estranged lover in this brilliant soulpiece titled Blue Days (Autumn Interlude). 

 

Opening lines “Diamonds don’t shine in the sunlight, the sun can’t shine in your eyes” sets the mood for the story as he compares his lover’s charm and gleam to the universe’s most glistening elements. He believes his lover’s beauty outshines the the sun and diamonds. 

 

The chorus beautifully weaves the melancholic theme of the song expressing the gloom of only having the chance to spend time with a lover at night when one dreams. However during the day when you are back to reality, she’s no where to be found hence the words  “My days go blue when I’m not with you”.
